i was inspired from a cartoon called "Scooby Doo" a long time ago (say 1998, i was 6 years old XD). Scooby was fishing on a bucket. >:\ yes. a BUKIT. (i would have put BAKIT but it means "why" in my language) of all the bodies of water.... why a bucket? XD so this is another OC of mine. Tomas de los Reyes. a captain of PAL (Philippine Airlines). he also works with Tong. so basically, he's a pilot XD done in ArtRage 2, speedpainting in 1 hour. resized in photoshop.
